Construction continues Wednesday on Baltimore Street in Cumberland, part of a project to renovate the city’s downtown pedestrian mall.
The project will result in new underground utilities and the reopening of Baltimore Street to one-way traffic. Triton Construction of St.
Albans, W.Va., is completing the $16 million project designed to rejuvenate the city’s downtown.
