The Stank Factory is a five piece band playing New Orleans jazz, soul, and funk. Made up of an all-star team of young musicians from the Lehigh Valley and named after the pungent water treatment plant near their rehearsal spot, this is a band concerned only with having as much fun as possible at all times. The Stank Factory is a Preservation Hall/Dr. John style New Orleans jazz/soul quintet, with a piano/bass/drums rhythm section, two horns, and vocals. The members have toured nationally and cumulatively performed thousands of gigs all over the northeast. They cover everything from New Orleans jazz standards and Ray Charles style soul to zydeco, blues, and pop covers from the last decade. Come join the party!
