Some of the most memorable choral compositions arise from the operatic stage. Who could forget Bernstein's "Make Our Garden Grow" from Candide. Who wouldn't appreciate the beauty and grandeur of the easter hymn, "Regina Coeli," from Mascagni's gem, Cavalleria Rusticana. The Frostburg State University Chamber Singers, under the direction of Dr. Scott Rieker, alongside voice students of Dr. Chun-Ting Chao and Michael Welch, and collaborative pianist, Dr. Joseph Yungen, present an evening of music and drama guaranteed to set your toe tapping.
